FIXATION OF HIRE CHARGES FOR VIDEO THEATRE FILMS DIVISION COMPLEX.
In pursuance of powers delegated under Rule 13(2) of 'Delegation of Financial Powers Rules' by President of India, the Chief Producer here by promulgates the hire charges for Video Theatre, Films Division Complex which will come into effect from 1st April, 2001.

Hire charges for 8 hours (1 shift) |

TERMS AND CONDITIONS :
- Films Division staff will handle the equipments.
- No drinks, eatables allowed inside the auditorium.
- Full advance payment by Demand Draft / Pay Order taken on any nationalised bank.
- Decision of Chief Producer is final and binding relating to hiring/ cancellation of show.
- Hiring rates are subject to revision from time to time without prior intimation.
- Facility include VHS, BETA, DVD, LD & VCD.
- Rent for DG-BETA when provided will be charged extra.
- Maintenance Engineer will maintain a register for controllingthe timings, collecting hire charges etc.
