Sir,


The Sealed quotation/tenders are invited from authorized franchise/dealers of M/s Hawlett-Packard Company for annual supply of ink Cartridges required for printers of the Computers, fax machines etc. by this Division as per details given in the enclosed annexure, on the following terms and conditions:-

1. The tender/quotation should be on LETTER HEAD of the tenderer. 2. There should not be overwriting and all correction in the rates should be attested by full signature by the tenderers. 3. The tenderer should submit an original letter or a certified copy of the authorization letter of the dealership/franchise of the ink cartridges, issued by M/s Hawlett-Packard Company, with the tender. 4. The tenderer must indicate the VAT No. while submitting the quotation. A copy of VAT registration certificate may be submitted with the tender. The quotation/tender submitted without indicating the VAT Registration No. and certificate will not be considered. 5. The tenderer has to quote separate rate for each item indicating therein the details/percentages of taxes if any. If the taxes are not indicated it will be assumed that the rates quoted are inclusive of all the taxes/levies. The rates will remain valid for one year from the date of acceptance of the contract of annual supply of the cartridges by the successful tenderer. It may also be noted that Films Division being a Central Government Department is exempted from payment of Octroi duty and necessary exemption certificate will be issued if, required. 6. The tenderer has to note that if it is found that the cartridge(s) supplied by the tenderer is not original and defective, the same is to be replaced by then free of cost within three days from date of return. If it is not replaced within the stipulated time, no payment will be made to the supplier and M/s Hewlett-Packard Company will be informed accordingly. 7. The tenderers should note that no advance payment will be made by the Films Division under any circumstances. The payment will be arranged by crossed cheque through State Bank of India, Mumbai on presentation of the Tax Invoice in triplicate along with Challan. 8. The tender should be submitted in a double cover. The original cover should be sealed and the outer cover may be super scribed “QUOTATION/TENDER FOR ANNUAL SUPPLY OF INK CARTRIDGES FOR HP INK JET PRINTERS/FAX MACHINES ETC. TO THE FILMS DIVISION” The quotation should be addressed to the Chief Producer, Films Division. 24-Dr. G. Deshmukh Marg, Mumbai-400026 and it should be reached by or on before 1.00 p.m. on 25/11/2008 date will be decided on return of file duly approved from chief producer. in General II Section on 3rd floor, Ist phase building, Films Division, 24-Dr.G. Deshmukh Marg, Mumbai-26.The tender will be opened on the same day i.e. on 25/11/2008 at 3.00 p.m. in the Films Division ,24 DR.G.Deshmukh Marg, Mumbai-26 in the presence of the tenderers or their authorized representative. 9. All reputed firms interested in participating shall submit their tenders on or before due date and time. The tenderers received after the due date and time and incomplete tenderers will not be considered. The department shall not be responsible for delay, loss or non-receipt of tender by post. 10. Right to accept, reject, split the entire tender or any part thereof without assigning, any reason rests with the Chief Producer, Films Division Mumbai and his decision in this regard is final and binding. 11. Any dispute arises after contract is awarded,this shall be subject to jurisdiction of the High Court of Mumbai.

1. Rates for connectivity with 100 mbps ports and 2 mbps constant download speed procuring rented managed server in the name of Films Division along with a backup facility and above 99.9% uptime assurance. Monthly rental for storage on web server is also to be quoted of the folllowing assignment. a. Unlimited Data Transfer for video streaming. b. Streaming option for windows media files as well as Read Media files. c. Windows Media Server Setup. d. 100 MBPS Line. e. Quality Reports for Content Viewing. f. Website Integrations with Real & Windows Content.

2. The website of Films Division of India has to be redeveloped along with the content Management System and Streaming Media, having facility to upload and Manage Text and Media locally. Migrate current content of films division .org. in new site, converting and uploading current videos into the format which will be suitable for all computers having multimedia system. Site should be further scalable to ad new features. Some sections of the website have to be password protected and will be available only to the paid visitors. A Payment gateway is to be incorporated into the website to enable access to paid content its experience of following field and to be discussed before development: a. Redesign of website. b. Multiple template option. c. Should have experience in this field. d. Website should be Media Content Oriented.

3. Firms are to submit thier bids in two parts in seperate sealed covers as under. i. First part should contain the 'TECHNICAL BID' containing the whole process of web casting as proposed by the firm and their technical competence in handling websites with past experience. The cover should be marked "Tender for Films Division's web casting work - Technical Bid :. ii. Second part should contain the "FINANCIAL BID" based on 1 & 2 above & should be included in seperate sealed cover marked "Tender for Films Division's web casting work - Financial Bid".

4. Firms should be either based at Mumbai or having workshop/ Lab at Mumbai. Firms should have the required experience to carry out the work satisfactorily. Films Division's dicision in regards to the suitability or otherwise of the firm will be final & binding and is based purely on opening of Technical Bids.

5. Firms should have a detailed online Media processing workflow management software and should have previous experience working on Media IT projects.

6. EMD of 5% of amount quoted should be enclosed in the form of Demand Draft of Banker's Cheque payable a Mumbai issued in favour of Accounts Officer, Films Division, Mumbai. The successfiul bidder has to submit Security Deposit of 10% of Bid amount before the work is assigned.

10% of the annual budget for this scheme will be reserved for subjects pertaining to Jammu & Kashmir and North Eastern States, as prescribed under Govt. of India’s guidelines issued from time to time.

While the production of the film is to be completed within four months from the date of signing of agreement, the production of the film will be strictly governed by the terms and conditions contained in the Agreement that the producer has to enter into with Films Division.
Interested Producers who would like to apply, may submit their proposals in the prescribed format which is available in our website www.filmsdivision.org. The proposals, complete in all respects, should be submitted to the Chief Producer, Films Division, 24-Dr.G.Deshmukh Marg, Mumbai-400026 latest by 31st October,2008. Applicants residing in North East, Jammu & Kashmir, Andaman Nicobar Islands, Lakshdeep Islands, Daman & Diu may submit their applications by (last date + 15 days). The application should be accompanied by technical details and financial details in separate sealed envelopes and identified as Annexure-A and Annexure-B respectively. While submitting the application, the applicant should bear in mind the following: For Technical Bid (Annexure-A)
The following documents should be enclosed with Technical bid :-:

i. Bio-data of the producer with details of documentary films produced during the last 5 years.
ii. Synopsis of proposed subject in one page
iii. Treatment of the film in one page
iv. Script of the film containing - visuals, commentary, effects & music.
v. Tender fee Rs.1,000/- (Rupees one thousand only) which is non-refundable. The pay order or demand draft for this should be drawn in favour of Accounts Officer,
Films Division, Mumbai, payable at Mumbai.
vi. Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of 2% of the estimate amount quoted should be submitted alongwith Technical Bid by way of Pay Order /D.D drawn in favour of Accounts Officer, Films Division, Mumbai payable at Mumbai. This EMD is refundable.

For Financial Bid (Annexure-B)
The following documents should be enclosed with Financial bid :-

i. The financial bid should be submitted in prescribed budget format.
ii. The amount should be inclusive of all taxes which the tenderer may have to pay such as Sales Tax, General Tax, Excise Duty etc.;
iii. The production of the film will be governed by the terms and conditions contained in the model Agreement of the Films Division.
iv. Necessary Income-tax at source under Section 194-C of the Income Tax Act will be deducted from the payments to be made to the Producer.
v. The financial bids of the proposal should be submitted in a double sealed cover with name of the film superscribed on the cover. The financial bids will be opened only for the short listed films.

A committee will be formed to evaluate the application / proposals received. For this, only the envelop marked as Annexure-A (technical bid) will be opened first. This committee will evaluate the scripts / synopsis submitted by the applicants. The

committee will assess and decide the cost of the production of the scripts/synopsis short listed by it. Annexure-B, containing the financial details of only those Producers/ applicants whose scripts have been found suitable/short listed will be opened and assessed by the committee. The technical bid (Annexure-A) & financial bid (Annexure-B) may be duly sealed separately indicating thereon Annexure, Subject and Name of Producer and both the covers may be again sealed in one cover after super scribing "Tender for production of film _______ and addressed to Chief Producer, Films Division, 24-Dr.G.Deshmukh Marg, Mumbai-400026. It may also be noted that :-

  • Only one film will be allotted to a producer during a financial year. Proposals from producers/applicants who are yet to complete a project assign to them earlier will not be considered for fresh assignment until the same has not been completed in all respects and accepted by Films Division.
  • A panel of experts will short list the films on the basis of script, suitability for public release & other criteria subject to the findings with regard to its offer price.
  • The tenders which are not in conformity with the above instructions will be rejected out right.
  • Tenders received without the complete set of required documents referred above and applications received after due date will not be considered.
  • The department shall not be responsible for delay, loss or non-receipt of application through post.
  • The Government reserves the right to reject any or all applications without assigning any reasons.
  • The Executive Producer who has already submitted proposal/treatment etc. on the above subjects may also submit fresh proposal as per advertisement.
  • Successful tenderers will have to deposit Security Deposit of 5% of contracted amount at the time of acceptance of the assignment as per rules in force.

vi. Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of 2% of the estimate amount quoted should be submitted alongwith Technical Bid by way of Pay Order /D.D drawn in favour of Accounts Officer, Films Division, Mumbai payable at Mumbai. This EMD is refundable.

For Financial Bid (Annexure-B) The following documents should be enclosed with Financial bid :-

. The financial bid should be submitted in prescribed budget format.
. The amount should be inclusive of all taxes which the tenderer may have to pay such as Sales Tax, General Tax, Excise Duty etc.;
. The production of the film will be governed by the terms and conditions contained in the model Agreement of the Films Division.
. Necessary Income-tax at source under Section 194-C of the Income Tax Act will be deducted from the payments to be made to the Producer.
. The financial bids of the proposal should be submitted in a double sealed cover with name of the film superscribed on the cover. The financial bids will be opened only for the short listed films.

A committee will be formed to evaluate the application / proposals received. For this, only the envelop marked as Annexure-A (technical bid) will be opened first. This committee will evaluate the scripts / synopsis submitted by the applicants. The committee will assess and decide the cost of the production of the scripts/synopsis short listed by it. Annexure-B, containing the financial details of only those Producers/ applicants whose scripts have been found suitable/short listed will be opened and assessed by the committee. The technical bid (Annexure-A) & financial bid (Annexure-B) may be duly sealed separately indicating thereon Annexure, Subject and Name of Producer and both the covers may be again sealed in one cover after super scribing "Tender for production of film _______ and addressed to Chief Producer, Films Division, 24-Dr.G.Deshmukh Marg, Mumbai-400026. It may also be noted that :-

  • Only one film will be allotted to a producer during a financial year. Proposals from producers/applicants who are yet to complete a project assign to them earlier will not be considered for fresh assignment until the same has not been completed in all respects and accepted by Films Division.
  • A panel of experts will short list the films on the basis of script, suitability for public release & other criteria subject to the findings with regard to its offer price.
  • The tenders which are not in conformity with the above instructions will be rejected out right.
  • Tenders received without the complete set of required documents referred above and applications received after due date will not be considered.
  • The department shall not be responsible for delay, loss or non-receipt of application through post.
  • The Government reserves the right to reject any or all applications without assigning any reasons.
  • The Executive Producer who has already submitted proposal/treatment etc. on the above subjects may also submit fresh proposal as per advertisement.
  • Successful tenderers will have to deposit Security Deposit of 5% of contracted amount at the time of acceptance of the assignment as per rules in force.

14. Original Censor Certificate with an authorization letter as per specimen in favour of Films Division in duplicate for further endorsement.
15. Original FAB letter only in case of Theatrical Release films.
16. Copyright letter as per specimen.

18. All final materials should match with final print with proper marking at the beginning and end (White piece joint and end mark should be available).

The Chief Producer, Films Division, Ministry of Information & Broadcasting, Government of India, Mumbai on behalf of the President of India invites sealed tenders for Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contract for 17 aqua guards as per enclosed Annexture

The Terms and Conditions of the Contract are as follows:-

  1. There should be Four periodical servicing visits per year during the period of contract mentioned above, when the purifier/attachment will be thoroughly checked, cleaned, serviced & adjusted.

  2. The tenderers may inspect the Acqu Guards in this office at 24- Dr.G.Deshmukh Marg, Mumbai-26 on any day during office hours except Saturday/Sunday and Govt. holidays between 11.00am to 5.00pm

  3. Replacement of pre-filter candle will be made once(Maximum) in case of compact cartridge twice (maximum) every year depending on the condition of the existing pre-filter candle during the service contract period.

  4. Replacement of activated carbon granules will be made twice/activated carbon block once (maximum) every year during the service contract period.

  5. Replacement of Dual Filter Cartridge will be made once (maximum) . All the spare parts required will be supplied free of cost.

  6. Replacement of worn-out / exhausted parts, including Ultra Violet Lamp with new/ rectified spares during the periodical servicing or breakdown visits during the service contact period.

  7. No advance payment will ordinarily be made by the Films Division. The payment will be made Quarterly after receipt of bill in triplicate with a copy of service report duly signed by any of the Officer/Section’s representative on each floor/ place.

  8. There should not be overwriting in the tenders and all correction in the rate should be attested by full signature by the tenderers. The department shall not be responsible for delay, loss or non-receipt of tender/quotation by post.

  9. The tenderer should have PAN number and same must be indicated while submitting the tender. The tender submitted without indicating the PAN No will not be considered.

  10. The tenderer shall deposit Bid Security of Rs.500/- ( Rs. Five Hundred only) in the for of Fixed Deposit or Pay Order or Bank Guarantee form any Commercial Bank drawn in favour of Accounts Officer, Films Division, Mumbai failing which the quotation will not be considered. The Bid Security will be returned to the unsuccessful tendere within 30 days of the opening of the tender.

  11. The successful tenderer will have to submit a Performance Security of the amount equal to 5% of the total Annual Maintenance Contract charges. The Performance Security will be retained by the Films Division and will be paid back/returned after completion of the Annual Maintenance Contract.

  12. In case the successful tenderer fails to start the maintenance work within 15 days from the date of the receive the tender acceptance letter from this office, their Bid security will be forfeited.

  13. The successful tenderer should inspect & rectify defects in the aqua guards at office of Films Division immediately on lodging complaints, if any over phone.

  14. The original copy of the tender should be enclosed in a double cover. The inside cover should be sealed and the outer cover may be supersribed “Tender for Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contract for Aqua guards” and should be addressed to the Chief Producer, Films Division,24-Dr.G.Deshmukh Marg, Mumbai-26. The name and address of the tenderer should not be mentioned on the outer cover.

  15. The sealed tender should reach Films Division by 1.00 pm on 25.7.2008 and should be dropped in the Tender box No.2 kept Opp.Chowki.   Films Division, Govt. of India, Ministry of I & B is producing a documentary film on "Reiki-the universal life force energy" .The duration of the film is about 20 minutes which includes animation sequence of about 6 minutes in 3 D. The script of the film is available in Films Division and the animation work to be undertaken can be discussed in person by Ms. Anubha Sharma, Director of the film in the Films Division, Officer-in-charge(CFU), 8th Floor, New Building from 2.00p.m. to 6.00 p.m.on 3rd March,08. Based on this, you will have to submit your quotation . Time shall be the essence of the contract. . The entire work is required to be completed within a period of 15 days of the acceptance of assignment.The rough cut of the animation sequence will have to be submitted in DVD Targa file format and on completion of the work the tenderer will have to deposit DVD Targa file format to Films Division. If any tax is not indicated , it will be presumed that the rates are inclusive of all the taxes and that no other tax is payable.The firm should indicate the VAT/TAN/PAN number /Service Tax Registration number etc. as applicable. If the same is not indicated, the tender will not be considered.

3.  The tenderer should enclose an earnest money at 2% of the tendered value in the form of crossed demand draft or pay order from Commercial Bank drawn in favour of "Accounts Officer, Films Division, Mumbai". Tender which is not accompanied by the earnest money, will not be considered. The Earnest Money of unsuccessful tenderers will be returned on finalization of tender. The Earnest Money of successful tenderer will be returned on receipt of performance security deposit.

4.  The Earnest money shall be forfeited by Films Division in the following events:
   i) If tender is withdrawn during validity period or any extension thereon.
   ii) If tender is varied or modified in a manner not acceptable to this organization during the validity period or any extension thereof.
   iii) If a tendere whose tender has been aaccepted but fails to furnsish the performance security depost, performance bank guarantee within 7 days of acceptance of tender.

5.  The successful bidder will furnish a performance Security Deposit @ 5% of the total value of the contracted amount in the form of Demand Draft from any commercial bank drawn in favour of Accounts Officer, Films Division Mumbai within 7 days of the receipt of the assignment. The performance Security Deposit will remain with the Films Division till the work is completed satisfactory.

Sir,

            The Chief Producer, Films Division invites Sealed Quotations for Cine Exhibition Set in connection with Mumbai International Film Festival for Documentaries, Short and Animation Films (MIFF-08)  organized by Films Division, Mumbai, at  Gulshan Mahal , Films Division Complex, 24-G. Deshmukh Marg, Mumbai – 26 as detailed in Annexure.

General Terms & conditions are as under :

  1. No advance payment shall be made.
  2. The payment will be made by cheque drawn on State Bank of India, Mumbai on receipt of pre-receipted Bill, in triplicate, along with challans/work completion report from organizing Authority by deducting  TDS etc., as applicable and in force;
  3. The tenderers have to submit 2% Bid Security of the total estimate in the form of Account Payee Demand Draft, Fixed Deposit  receipt, Banker’s cheque or Bank Guarantee from any commercial bank drawn in favour of the Accounts Officer, Films Division, Mumbai along-with the             Tenders/Quotations. Tenders/Quotations without  Bid Security will not be considered under any circumstances. The Bid Security will be returned to the unsuccessful tenderer within 30 days on the opening of the Tender.
  4. The successful tenderer will have to submit  performance Security Deposit at the rate of 5% of the total estimate in the form of Account Payee Demand Draft, Fixed Deposit  Receipt from  or Bank Guarantee from  any Commercial Bank drawn in favour of the  Accounts Officer, Films Division, Mumbai..  The performance Security Deposit will remain with the Films Division till the contract period is over.
  5. In the event of refusal to accept the contract  by the successful tenderer within the specified period, the Bid Security should be forfeited.
  6. The venue at the above address in which the Set of Exhibition is to be arranged will be available for inspection by the Tenderer   on any working day between 10.30 a.m. & 4.00 p.m.
  7. The sealed quotations addressed to the Chief Producer, Films Division,24-Dr.G.Deshmukh Marg, Mumbai-400 026. should reach to Shri A.G.Bhati, Accounts Offocer-I’s at 4th floor,1st Phase building on 22.1.2008 by 1.00 p.m.
  8. The cover containing the quotation shall be super scribed as “Quotations for Set of Exhibition at Films Division Complex, Mumbai”. The senders name and address should not be mentioned on the envelope.
  9. Incomplete quotations and the quotations without E.M.D. shall be rejected similarly without assigning separate reasons thereto;
  10. Tenders will be opened on 22.1.2008 at 3.00p.m. in Films Division,24- G. Deshmukh Marg, Mumbai-26; in the presence of representative of the tenderers, if  present.
  11. The terms and conditions of the Contract Agreement will be set by Films Division after opening of tenders.
  12. The Tenderer shall furnish attested copies of the Latest Income Tax Clearance Certificate; PAN/TAN/VAT Registration Number ,failing which the quotation of the tenderer shall not be considered.
  13. The contractor shall make his own arrangement for transport of personnel, material at his own cost and expenses and furnish all materials, labours, supervisors, apparatus, conveyance and every other item/inventory for the execution of the work to the full satisfaction of the Films Division;
  14. The contractor shall be responsible to carry out the work in the approved manner and in way conforming to the relevant Acts, Rules and Regulations and other Statutory requirements;
  15. The work shall be completed as per the specification on or before 30.1.2008.
  16. The Chief Producer or any other Officer nominated by Chief Producer for this purpose reserves right to cancel/reject any of the tender or all the tenders with or without assigning any reason thereto;

Subject:- Hiring of equipment for M.I.F.F.- 2008

Sir/Madam

The Director (M.I.F.F.-08) & Chief Producer, Films Division, Govt. of India, 24-Dr.G.Deshmukh Marg, Mumbai-26 invites sealed Tenders for hiring of Equipments for Mumbai International Film Festival to be held between 03.2.2008 to 09.2.2008 as per details given in enclosed Annexure.

The Terms and Conditions of the tender are indicated below:

1. The rate will be valid for a period of 3 months. No variation in rates once finalized will be entertained.

2. The tenderers should note that no advance payment will be made for hiring of equipment including technicians. On completion of the festival and on presentation of a pre-receipted bill in triplicate by the party with challan, the payment will be arranged by crossed cheque through the State Bank of India, Mumbai only on Certification of bill by the authority appointed for the purpose.

3. Income Tax or any other taxes will be deducted from the bill at source as per Government orders.

4. The Tender should mention his PAN/TAN number in the Teder. A copy of the PAN/TAN Card should be attached with the tender.

5. Films Division shall not be responsible for delay, loss or non-receipt of the tender by post.


6. Films Division being Government Department is exempted from payment of “Octroi Duty” and necessary Octroi exemption certificate will be issued if necessary and as such rates should be quoted excluding Octroi Duty. There should not be overwriting and all correction in the rate should be attested by full signature by the Authorised signatory.

7. The equipments are to be installed at the Venue of Festival at NCPA, Nariman Point or and in Films Division as and when required by the Festival Authorities, during the period from 01.2.2008 to 09.2.2008.

8. If any of the equipment is found defective or of a substandard while in use same will have to be replaced by the tenderer immediately.

9. The tenderer will have to submit Bid Security for an amount of Rs.30,000/- in the form of Account Payee Demand Draft, Fixed Deposit Receipt or Bank Guarantee from any commercial Bank drawn in favour of Accounts Officer, Films Division, Mumbai failing which the quotation will not be considered under any circumstances. The Bid Security should be valid for a period of sixty days beyond the date of completion of the period of hiring. The Bid Security will be returned to the tenderer on finalization of tender. The Bid Security of successful tenderer will be returned on receipt of performance Security deposit/Bank guarantee.

10. The successful tenderer will have to submit a Performance Security of the amount equal to 5% of the total hiring charges as decided by the Chief Producer. The Performance Security will be retained by the Films Division and will be paid back/ returned after the period of Hiring is completed.


General instruction:

1. The interested firms may send their tender indicating “ TECHNICAL BID” and “FINANCIAL BID” in two separate covers duly sealed. The Tender should be on Letter Head of the tenderer. Separate sealed covers for Technical Bid and Financial Bid should be submitted. The sealed cover containing the Technical Bids should be having all details including the list of Equipments to be hired but with price column blanked out. There will be no mention of price any where in the Technical bid. (The Technical bid will clearly be superscripted with “Technical Bid for Hiring of Equipment” and same is to be submitted in the separate sealed cover). The Bid Security should be put inside the Technical Bid Cover. The Financial Bid will contain the price schedule duly filled-in and signed and also contain all the commercial details of the Bid along with tender number, date of opening etc. Both these covers shall be put into an outer cover and sealed. The outer cover should duly bear the Tender number and date of closing /opening prominently underlined along with the address of this Office. Financial Bid will be opened only if Technical Bid is found O.K. in conformity with specifications and other terms and conditions mentioned above. The Tenderer should not mention their name and address on the common outer cover.

2. The taxes/duties i.e. Service Tax etc leviable if any may be mentioned separately. If these details are not indicated it will be assumed that the rate is inclusive of all the taxes, Service Tax excluding Octroi. Tax will be deducted at the source from the bill as per their rate applicable in force.

3. The sealed tender should reach Films Division by 1.00 p.m. on 27.12.2007 and should be dropped in the Tender Box No.2 kept Opp. Chowki in Films Division. The tenders received after the prescribed date and time will not be considered. The tenders will be opened on the same day i.e. on 27.12.07 at 3.00 p.m. in the Films Division,24-Dr.G.Deshmukh Marg, Mumbai-26 in the presence of the representative of the tenders present if any.

4. If the successful tenderer fails to execute the order within specified period
mentioned in the order, the Performance Security will be forfeited.

5. The Earnest Money shall be forfeited by the Films Division in the following
Events.

a) If Tender is withdrawn during validity period or any extension thereon
b) If Tender is varied or modified in a manner not acceptable to this organization during the validity period or any extension thereof.
c) If a Tenderer whose tender has been accepted but fails to furnish the Performance Security Deposit, performance Bank Guarantee within 07 days of acceptance of tender.

6. The Chief Producer, reserves the right to cancel / reject any of the quotation/tender with or without any reason.

7. Any disputes arising out of the tender notice, process and finalization of this tender shall be subject to jurisdiction of the High Court of Mumbai.

            The Director (Festival) & Chief Producer, Films Division, Govt. of India, 24, Dr.G.Deshmukh Marg, Mumbai – 400 026 invites sealed tender for printing of "Daily Bulletin" for M.I.F.F.'2008, as per the specifications and requirements given below.  The "Daily Bulletin" in English is to be brought out daily in the morning from 4 th to 10th February, 2008 and the required number of copies must be supplied by the Printer before 7.00 a.m. on each days.  Hindi & Marathi Bulletins are to be brought out on 4 th & 10th February, 2008.  The manner in which these daily bulletins are to be printed/brought out and time schedule for printing etc. may be discussed with Shri N. Anil Kumar, Sr. Branch Manager ( M.I.F.F.), before submitting the quotations/tender during 11.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m. on working days of Films Division.  The rough design of printing of the item (front page) have been prepared by the Films Division and can be seen alongwith the specimen of the papers to be used for printing, by the printers during any working day of Films Division between 11.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m.  For this purpose, they may contact Shri N.D.Sadamate, Animator and Member Secretary, Exhibition Unit, Films Division, 8th Floor, IInd Phase Building, at the address mentioned above.   The final artwork has to be prepared by the printer, as per the rough design.  However, final colour logo of M.I.F.F.'2008 will be supplied by the Films Division.

9.             The Tax-Invoice in triplicate alongwith delivery challans should be submitted to this office immediately after the supply of the materials, and no advance payment will be made.   Payment will be made by crossed cheque on the State Bank of India, Mumbai.

10.          The competent authority reserves the rights to cancel / reject any or all the tenders without assigning any reason.
